Refund Policy
At LIVNAROQ, we want you to feel confident when ordering a handbag online. We understand that size, color, shape, texture, and personal styling preferences can influence whether a bag is right for you.
If an eligible purchase does not meet your expectations, the following policy explains our return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
To qualify for a standard return, the product must generally be:
- Unused.
- Unworn.
- Clean and undamaged.
- Free from stains, odors, scratches, or signs of wear.
- Returned with original tags where applicable.
- Returned with original packaging.
- Returned with all straps, charms, dust bags, accessories, inserts, and other included materials.
We reserve the right to decline a refund where a returned item does not meet these conditions, subject to applicable consumer laws.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order shortly after delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged item.
- A defective item.
- An incorrect product.
- An incorrect color or style.
- A package missing an included component.
Please contact us at service@livnaroq.com, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs or video showing the item, packaging, and issue where relevant.
After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, refund, or other reasonable resolution.
3. Starting a Return
To request a return:
- Email service@livnaroq.com.
- Include your order number and reason for the return.
- Wait for our customer service team to provide return instructions.
- Package the approved return securely.
- Send it to the return location provided by our support team.
Do not send returns to our registered business address unless specifically instructed.
Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may experience delays or may be unable to be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
For returns caused by a verified defect, incorrect item, or other error attributable to us, we will provide an appropriate solution consistent with applicable law.
For change-of-mind, preference, sizing, or other non-defect returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the return results from our error.
5. Refund Processing
After an approved returned item is received and inspected, we generally process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.
After we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may require additional time—commonly 5–10 business days—to post the funds to your account.
Actual processing times depend on your financial institution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by applicable law, the following may not qualify for return:

- Personalized or customized products.
- Products showing clear signs of use or wear.
- Products damaged after delivery through misuse, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized modification.
- Items returned without required components or accessories.
- Final-sale products clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase.

7. Order Cancellation

We will try to assist, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun or after the order has shipped.
8. Exchanges
Where available, exchanges may be handled by returning the original eligible product and placing a new order.
